 <li>Timeline: This feature allows users to track their history of completed and pending tasks, providing insights into their engagement over time.</li>
 <li>Alerts / Reminders: This functionality notifies patients and care team members regarding any out-of-range physiological measurements, ensuring timely attention to potential issues.</li>
 <li>PHQ-9 Form: Administered by users or care team members, this questionnaire assesses the severity of depression. Results are confidentially shared with clinicians or care team members after completion.</li>
 <li>GAD-7 Form: Similar to the PHQ-9, this form evaluates anxiety severity and its results are also presented exclusively to clinicians or care team members upon submission.</li>
