Only users who have been authorized by their healthcare providers can log in and utilize its functionalities. User accounts are activated upon successful provisioning through Cooey Health, during which users receive education about the application's features and their impact on health management, under the guidance of their care teams.

2. FDA Approved BLE Devices: The app interfaces with FDA-approved biometric devices to estimate physiological vital parameters. These technologies are sourced from authorized partners, with data utilized as a reference during user engagement but not intended for clinical applications.
3. Timeline: This feature allows users to track their history of completed and pending tasks, providing insights into their engagement over time.
4. Alerts / Reminders: This functionality notifies patients and care team members regarding any out-of-range physiological measurements, ensuring timely attention to potential issues.
5. PHQ-9 Form: Administered by users or care team members, this questionnaire assesses the severity of depression. Results are confidentially shared with clinicians or care team members after completion.
6. GAD-7 Form: Similar to the PHQ-9, this form evaluates anxiety severity and its results are also presented exclusively to clinicians or care team members upon submission.
